Delivery Issues
We usually ship orders within 1–3 business days, and most orders arrive within 7–15 business days, including many international orders, though delivery times may vary depending on location, customs, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or local postal issues.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. If you still need help, email us and we will do our best to assist.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incomplete or incorrect address is provided and the order cannot be delivered, any refund issued may be reduced by shipping or carrier-related costs.
