Order Processing

We usually process orders within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Processing time may vary slightly during busy seasons, holidays, special promotions, or periods of higher-than-normal order volume. Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, processing will usually begin on the next business day.

We work hard to get every order prepared and shipped out as quickly and carefully as possible.

Estimated Delivery Times

Most orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

We proudly ship to customers in the United States and internationally. International orders may also arrive within this general timeframe in many cases, but delivery times can vary depending on customs processing, local carrier delays, regional service conditions, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Please understand that shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless otherwise clearly stated on a specific product page.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information may be sent to the email address provided at checkout when available.

Please note that tracking updates can sometimes take a little time to appear after a shipping label is created. In some cases, a carrier may not immediately scan the package, so movement may not show right away even though your order is already in transit.

If you do not see tracking right away, that does not always mean there is a problem.

International Shipping

Curious Kid Toys proudly ships to many customers around the world.

International shipping times may vary based on destination country, customs procedures, import processing, local delivery carrier performance, and other location-specific conditions. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with any local import rules that may apply in their country.

If customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges apply, those costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated on our website.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Please double-check your address carefully before placing your order. If an address is entered incorrectly or incompletely and this results in a delay, return, failed delivery, or lost package, Curious Kid Toys is not responsible for the issue.

Split Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times. This can happen due to product availability, packaging logistics, warehouse handling, or shipping partner operations.

If your order includes multiple items, please allow additional time for all packages to arrive before assuming that something is missing.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally happen.

These delays may be caused by carrier issues, weather, customs, holiday traffic, regional disruptions, high shipping volume, or other events outside our control. Because of this, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

If your order appears delayed beyond the normal timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, we recommend first checking around your delivery area, with household members, with neighbors, or with your local mail carrier.

Sometimes packages are marked as delivered slightly before they physically arrive, or they may be placed in a less visible location.

Lost, Stolen, or Carrier Issues

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. Curious Kid Toys is not responsible for delays, losses, or theft caused by the carrier or by events after confirmed delivery, though we will always do our best to help support our customers when possible.
